PPI respects your right to privacy. PPI will not sell, trade or give away any of the personally identifiable information we collect - your name, organization, mailing address, e-mail address, phone numbers, preferences, membership information or other personally identifiable information - to any third party without your consent or a court order.

Though we make every effort to preserve your privacy we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein it is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our website.

How does PPI use the information collected?

If you have permitted us to do so, we will be utilizing your e-mail address to send you our newsletters and periodic member e-news updates.

We may disclose aggregate information gathered on this site in order to analyze our usage and report to our membership. We will take great care to ensure that personally identifiable information remains confidential.

What security measures are taken to protect member information?

Non-authorized personnel do not have physical access to our computers or database. The servers that we use to store personally identifiable information are secured through administrator passwords.

Does PPI track users on its website?

Yes, PPI uses an analytical tool to help measure traffic on its websites and measurements related to helping better serve its members and visitors. This tool does not track individual information, only browser, platform and general information.

What if I wish to change or unsubcribe from PPI's electronic communications?

If you are a subscriber, you may opt out of receiving any newsletter or correspondence at any time by contacting PPI at info@pacificpension.org .

How will I be notified of changes to this privacy policy?

If PPI materially changes its practices in handling personally identifiable information, as described in this policy, we will notify you by posting the changes on the PPI site at least 30 days prior to implementation.
