In an effort to become more transparent, the California State Teachers' Retirement System, a member of PPI, will post live video streams of the meetings of its board of directors on its website.  Archives of meetings will also be available at www.calstrs.com.

The California State Teachers' Retirement System is the second largest public pension fund in the United States with a portfolio valued at $138.6 billion. It administers retirement, disability and survivor benefits for California's 848,000 public school educators and their families from the state's 1,400 school districts, county offices of education and community college districts.
