About PPI
From our headquarters in San Francisco, California, the Pacific Pension Institute serves as educational resource to institutional investors engaged in long-term investment in the Asia Pacific region. Via our roundtables, PPI convenes experts in international finance, business, politics and foreign affairs for candid discussion on topics that drive the financial markets. Our core members are among the world’s leading public pension funds, endowments and foundations. It is expected that all participants at PPI roundtables strictly observe our no marketing rules.
PPI organizes two North America roundtables annually for members and invited guests. Topics focus on forward-looking themes and the concerns and issues that institutional investors deem paramount.
In Asia, PPI organizes two meetings each year, the Asian Pension Fund Roundtable for members of PPI and the Asian Network, and the PPI Executive Seminar (PES). The Asian Network includes all Asian pension fund managers and related persons who are engaged in Asia’s capital markets and/or those who are engaged from outside the Asia Pacific region based on their interest in the evolution of Asia’s marketplaces. PES engages experts who live and work in Asia on a range of topics of specific interest to a delegation of 15 PPI members. Meetings take place over two to three days immediately preceding the Asian Pension Fund Roundtable.
